Exactly. Or else people like Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Irfaan Khan, Manoj Bajpai and others wont last a day. Looks can take you only so far but if you have a likable personality and talent it goes a long way.

I disagree BIji-actors like dev anand,dharmendra,shashi kapoor were known more for their looks and have die hard fans-ask mom,grandma,great grandma and so on..
