Agree with every word, OP. So true. It is indeed a proud moment for all his fans. I was so happy and proud watching Chak De! and after that never felt that he took on performance oriented roles. But he is back now for real. Hope he continues this good run and not go back to Farah Khans and Karan Johars.

Thank you😊 He is a bundle of talent which we all know but the last few films were not an ode to the same but Fan has done it for him. This is exactly why I feel it is a tribute to us loyal fans ❤️ I hope for the same!

Great story and good director, thats what he needs henceforth to keep going in the right direction and making us fans proud with every movie he does!

And Raees fits the bill ...I know the director is good, story shd also be powerful as its based on a real life bootlegger Don.

Imtiaz Ali, Gauri Shinde, Anand L. Rai, hes signing up with all the good directors, hope all of them have great scripts as well.

Fan is on a different level as he has done what no other actor tried before...to play a superstar (a perceived image of his own stardom) and also his devoted/obsessed fan.

You said it!! If the story is good, he will do justice to it, there's no doubt about it. He is a born actor and his diverse work is a testament to that.I have a feeling too that Raees is going to be another one of his movies that brings out the actor in him and make us proud as well⭐️ And as you said, Fan is on a wholly different level cuz no one apart from Shahrukh could have played the role of a character playing his own fan in such a nuanced manner. Hats off to him👏

seriously someone needs to keep away the rohit shetty, kjo and farah khan types away from him ... its like his brain goes on a holiday with then around

ppl forget that before the king of romance, it was movies like darr and bazigar that made him what he is today
