Why people hell bent on festive releases or national holiday release (Republic day etc)?

I really don't care as a viewer. If a good movie comes in May (no extra holiday) and wom is good, I would just go and watch it. If I don't hear good things about a movie, I would prefer to sit at home even if I have holidays. Infact, festival gives a good reason not to go. (Guests coming home. On Diwali, crackers bursting on road). Only time one should avoid releasing movie is exam season.

Do you people think, festive season affects you as a viewer?

No.. it is likely to release on Halloween.. I repeat, why is it so necessary to spring out articles before confirmation

It does actually.. I watched Bodyguard in cinema () Only because it released on Eid and there were no other options and we wanted to watch a movie

Its a sheep mentality. Even I would have thought on popular festivals, ppl have many many things to do than watch a shit movie.. but the numbers say otherwise. I hope this trend breaks so bad.. all thses superstars keep guessing which is the best date to release, is it the end of exam season or 2nd of January... 😆 Ppl should be unpredictable... thats how democracy works.
