Wow! Priyanka Chopra Honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Award for the 2nd Time!

Good news just doesn't stop pouring in for actress Priyanka Chopra, who is currently in Hollywood for her TV show Quantico and film Baywatch. The actress will be honoured with her 2nd Dadasaheb Phalke Award this year, after winning her first award from the foundation for her performance in Saat Khoon Maaf.

The Dadasaheb Film Foundation will honor Priyanka Chopra with the award for "Best Actress of the Year" on the occasion of the celebration of the 147th Dadasaheb Phalke Jayanti .

The ceremony which will take place in Mumbai on the 24th April 2016 and whether it will be attended by PeeCee or not is something that we will have to wait and watch.

Now this is indeed some happy news! Congratulations Priyanka!

SRK got for HNY last year lol Credibility gayi tel lene!!

Dadasaheb Phalke award is the real honour- it is mostly given to celebrities who have contributed to cinema for ages!

Body doubles hahah 😆 I literally LOLed seeing the list from last year. HNY really? 😕 Jackie Bhagnani won too lol The awards are named after such a renowed director- do him some justice!

I know re! Really disappointed - was already kind of dissapointed PC didn't win best supporting in NA, now this! Though to be very honest I am not expecting a best actress award for PC- in terms of best actress this was Kalki & Kangana's years! I'm quite happy with a supporting 😳
