Shah Rukh Khan's FAN Box Office Opening Report is Very Good. The film has started on a good note on first day Friday. The collections are quite good in multiplexes.

The film has released on around 3500 Screens which is higher than Shah Rukh Khan's last release Dilwale which released on 3000 Screens. FAN has got more screenings at multiplexes too and it has got the partital holiday factor in its favor too.

The opening of 50% in the multiplexes ensures a good start which can be capitalized with a growth in the evening and night shows in multiplexes on account of partial holiday in lot of places where as normal multiplex growth in other places.

FAN has good chance at 20 Crore Day One Mark which will be dependent on how well it fares in multiplexes through out the day and how it manges to sustain in mass belts. The business in mass belts like CP-Berar, CI, Rajasthan, UP etc will hold key value in terms of opening day and lifetime business.

The film has taken superb start in Shah Rukh Khan's Kingdom West Bengal where he has unparalled record throughout his entire career. The film has taken a decent to good start in Mumbai, Delhi etc too. The film should sustain well through out the day. If the word of mouth turns out to be good, then the jump in business will be even more as word of mouth catches up quite quickly in multiplexes compared to single screens.
