The real tragedy is that some women use the admittedly sparse benefits of being a woman in India for their personal, unfair gain. While there is nothing wrong with reaping the perks women have in society, there is a problem when individual women use it to disadvantage or malign others.

In a legal matter only on record statements can be addressed not gossip. So here's my final word: If the other party who sued me for defamation and asked for a public apology can prove defamation, I promise to apologise publicly. I request the other party to respond to the legal matter which they have started and not turn this defamation suit into a media trial and judgment. I am not ashamed of anything, not my past, not my affairs, not my body and most definitely not my desire. So s**t-shaming won't work either. If they want an apology then they have to come to the point, beating about the bush won't help, me and my team are eager to help as hurting sentiments isn't our intention.

She always makes these impressive hard hitting statements AND I LOVE THAT ABOUT HER however I for the life of me don't understand how a woman who thinks like her can call anyone her ex based only on conversations she has with him over E-MAIL????!!!!!! That's just bizarre.

Though I am standing with HR in whole of this mess because he appears much more sane and logical to me but still I feel its high time either media backs out from this case or if HR-Kangana really want this case to be taken seriously they release some official statements from cyber crime/police. No one knows who these sources, friends etc etc are. And my biggest doubt is why the hell is media not contacting the Cyber police for any statements? This case off lately doesnt seem like something involving serious crimes like defamation, cyber imposting, s**t shaming etc etc as claimed by either party. All these articles look so clownish for something this serious and now I feel its a question on our intelligence that we stupidly try to side with either w/o actually knowing 1% of the truth. It would be really great if HR and Kangana both dont run behind the bush. Else please move on folks!

This here is the crux of it. Married actors have affairs all the time. It is part of the image. We feel sorry for the poor wives, some who are accomplished actresses themselves, wonder why they settle and move on. One of the main reasons for an affair is desire. I like that this woman owns her actions, good, bad and everything in between. I don't condone her actions, neither is she a victim but she is honest and unapologetic about who she is in an image based industry. This will have direct consequences in terms of money, work, endorsements etc. That is why I find myself liking her rather to my surprise. We talk about bad a** women. Well this is a bad a** woman. No one except Angelina Jolie have I seen be fearless about who she is. I can't respect men who hide behind their wives pallu, but this woman has mine for having the cojones as they say to accept who she is, warts and all.
