According to you, who sent the mails to Kangana's account.

This imposter (Mr. India) is eating my head. So I have floated my guesses.

According to Hritik who supposedly believed Kangana (when she thanked him for his email), there is certain X who sent her mails.

According to Kangana, it was Hritik who had created a special id to talk to her.

But now Kangana has no emails in her account. She gives two reasons.

a) Hritik had her password and deleted

b) He hacked and deleted the emails she received.

This makes one even more confused. If she had given him her password, what was the need for him to hack? (It also goes with another assumption that Hritik is very intelligent. 😲 )

In either case, Kangana has no emails for the evidence.

My question is, did she ever get any mail from any account ( hroshan@whatever.com ), or she randomly said it to Hritik (just to get his email id).

IHave any of you watched Dev Anand's Jewel Thief? If not, sorry for breaking the suspense in a thriller movie. 😆

I have voted for 4th option. If you have any more theories, come out with your own.

We will never know and be able to figure out. We don't even have the timeline. The only thing we know is Kangana told Hrithik about it in May 2014. In 2013 Hrithik was in US for his surgery, so it could be him, but I think it was someone else.

I find it very strange though Kangana believed the impostor posing as Hrithik Roshan. I think in HW when actors are working on a movie or TV show together they receive emails and they can see other actors emails in a group email (saw this on an actor's instagram).

Her (her lawyer's) official statement says Hritik is lying. But it does not bother to prove it. All it says is, 50 mails a day for so many days will be much more than 1500 mails. But does not state, those 1500 mails were not sent by Kangana.

It again bring social gathering in parties. But does not speak about the mails she is supposed have received. She had earlier complained about Hritik slyly pursuing. Where is the proof for that?

They are only trying to dissuade him from further proceeding. Why can't they say, "Go ahead. We will also come out with what you have done".

That is real match, I want to watch with popcorn. Listening to a song will also do. (Aji, aisa mauka phir kaha milega... An evening in Paris 😆 ).

Kangana "officially" never said to have received emails from Hritik (real or false). First time, she mentioned it to Hritik in a party. Second time, "someone close to her" spoke about it to the media.

Both are not official. Hritik cannot sue her for what a "nameless person" told to a newspaper.
