When it comes to Shah Rukh Khan, even the glasses he wears for a film make news. So it seems nearly 50 frame options were tried out from vendors from Bangalore and from as far as China too. Director Rahul Dholakia was very particular about the glasses he wanted Shah Rukh to wear in Raees. He wanted an edgy look to Shah Rukh's character and hence the diligence in choosing the frame. The specs are integral to the story telling it seems. The dedicated actor that he is, SRK was game to trying everything that came his way. Recently Shah Rukh Khan even took to social media to share an intriguing picture of him wearing a sweatshirt captioned Battery Nahi Bolneka' (battery being a word used to tease people wearing numbered glasses).

From the time the makers revealed that the trailer of Shah Rukh Khan's Raees' will be released on December 7, 2017, social media has been gushing about the film. Everyone is desperately waiting to watch Shah Rukh in his gangster avatar and as the time is nearing, Shah Rukh Khan is adding up to this desperation by giving subtle hints. Today, he has uploaded a picture that looks like a part of the new poster that would be revealed today.

With the face unseen, the picture is of Miyan bhai seated wearing his personal locket. This locket holds a picture of SRK's parents as said by the star.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia, Raees' will be releasing on January 26, 2016. The film will have Pakistani actress Mahira Khan playing the female lead opposite Shah Rukh Khan.

Raees is turning out to be on the most awaited Shah Rukh Khan film in recent times. Ever since the first teaser was out, almost over a year back, the SRK fans are going berserk! Even B-Town ladies seem to be floored by the attitude and style of Miyan Bhai. The film is an important one for the superstar as many are saying he will break out of his star image' once it releases.

The film is directed by Rahul Dholakia who has given us movies like Parzania in the past. One of the first people Rahul thought about was Shah Rukh, but obviously getting a meeting with him is not easy as SRK is a super busy person.

To add to Rahul's strength and value, he was accompanied by the producer of the film, Farhan Akhtar. Rahul in one of his interviews had said that he was only given 10 minutes by King Khan for the narration before he was headed to an awards show abroad. By the time, Rahul reached the interval it was 45 minutes and King Khan wanted to know what was happening next.

It was exactly then that Shah Rukh assured Rahul that he was playing the part of Miyan Bhai in Raees. On being quizzed by SRK on why Rahul thought of him, Rahul said that "I told him there's a line in the film which describes the protagonist Raees and is apt for him too. Instantly he quipped, 'Baniye ka dimag aur miya bhai ki daring and I was amazed at how quickly he'd grasped the gist of the film and his role."

In Raees, we won't see the soft romantic side of Shah Rukh, it is going to be an unconventional SRK film. This time the hands are used to beat people up and not to give a hug to his heroine on most occasions.

Let's see if this movie will be the turning point in Rahul's filmi career and show us SRK the actor. Can't wait for Raees which is finally releasing on Republic Day weekend.

Shah Rukh Khans most awaited and tempting movie, Raees, is set to release it's trailer tomorrow at 11:00 am. In Raees, Shah Rukh styles a set of different glasses in every parts. Why is that so? The portrayal of different glasses shows a transformation in the time and evolution of the character in the film. An insider gave inputs that the actor tried many sets of glasses for his character and at least 50 vendors were tried from Bangalore to China to get the right one that would justify his role.
