Yes i heard this argument in many channels... BJP alliance with PDP is plain politics..you scratch my back ,I will scratch yours. While freedom struggle debate is so absurd.. so congress was only party back then politically active so does that mean no other party can form govt in India ?

Be Anti-BJP I dont care but do you also question those armed forces who are giving lives on border. They dont really have to voice their patriotism out and all... They show it by their action..

Just because it is BJP in power , it is okay for people to call for destruction of India? because hey BJP you didnt fight for our freedom struggle, you cant protect our Idea of India as well?

I agree branding institution as whole is wrong but then it is also wrong to take undue advantage of institution premises to promote anti india sentiments

On BJP minister comment- He was a jerk and is reprimanded by BJP head too for his statement... They are some funny creatures with loud mouth in BJP..

@ritu4u-those slogans were to much harsh too ignore and that tym every party wanted the culprits behind the bar but now everything changed.Im more sad for my country

Ahh the Grand Old Party and its contribution to the freedom struggle, that one card used by them incessantly to show their patriotism. I call bull, that party which had incredible leadership then is now tottering on its feet, seeped with corruption, hypocrisy and complete disregard for what the nation needs and aspires to achieve. BJP did not even exist at that time so to denounce it for its lack of contribution to the national struggle is ridiculous, yes RSS did but then BJP is not RSS, they are two different organisations which obviously support and strenghten each other, but different nonetheless.

Anyways any common man unversed in politics will also clearly decry what happened in JNU as anti-national activity, no certification of anyone required for what is common-sensical.

And why should elite educational institutions like JNU be treated any different from others, its laughable that you assume that all this is motivated by some inherent jealousy that people have for not being admitted into a university😆

Nehru devided the country, because of him we are facing kashmir issue and now they are supporting anti nationalist who wants to break country...this is congress past but nobody disguss this why...

Actually we kind of make things uglier often thanks to our hyper media , these things could have been handled without much media intervention . Now when media outlets are standing against each other and then to support arguing and counter arguing ,this has made it into bigger issue..

Had it been handled secretly.. or without this hoopla.. May be university could have handled on its own by barring those students out.. things would have not led to this debate and people would not have been standed on opposite side even to prove their nationalism

Every India would be hurt with those slogans no doubt about it... It just that I wish I had not known

Baba wanted to talk about amending the sedition laws...heights of idiocy all on the premise that its a colonial law which is not even in force in our motherland England anymore👏.

Why the f**k would the Brits need a sedition law, they do not have a country with as much diversity, centrifugal tendencies, regionalism, ethnocentricism and elements like Maoism/Naxalism which India has and therefore needs these laws to protect its integrity and sovereignty.

P.S. Shameless Congress leaders have been avoiding answering that question on all debates instead of focusing on the students, such politicisation of an issue that is black and white for any rational thinking person.
