No, the article says Its first for Kabir khan to work with HR and DP.

I hope this is true. It seems like Sajid wanted Kangana but Kabir wants DP. Its good, coz HR wont work with Kangy but DP_HR will rock the screen. Hope its another hard hitting subject by Kabir.
