Anyway relationships and affairs can remain a secret for the longest time, its not like actors do not have sufficient money and political influence to keep these things under the rug. Selectively asking for photographic proof for one's favourite actor's affair is rather foolish when you are willing to believe every other rumour without proof.

I have seen Gauri laugh at a joke about this whole issue while they were at the Screen Awards back in 2013. I mean if there was an iota of truth to it, would she freaking agree to not only sit there but sit there with their daughter and laugh at the bull? I know a lot of people here think Shahrukh is crass but I don't think he's so crass that he'd make his family sit through that kind of bull if it were true. Um...there are pictures of Gauri and Priyanka hanging out too before this rumor started. Do I think it's true? Hell no. But do I think it affected the equation between Gauri and Priyanka? Hell yeah! As for Karan's behavior , well I think his reaction on twitter infact states there was nothing there. I don't think he'd be reacting if it were true. His reaction solely came after that article where a source close to Priyanka bascially bashed Gauri left , right and center and dragged Karan in it. His behavior says more about what he thinks of Priyanka and her "PR" rather than anything else.

As for AbRam being tagged as that...wow. Like I said you are entitled to your opinion but I think everyone knows both his kids have grown up and are doing their own things now. He had talked about wanting more children before these rumors even began. I think they had AbRam as Aryan and Suhana are now all grown up and gone abroad to study. Gauri staying for AbRam is a baffling theory to say the least because if she were choosing to leave before , they wouldn't have even thought of bringing AbRam into the world.

Not everything is PR or smoke without fire. I used to think so until the John Edwards story in the US. People will do anything to save an image. Will Gauri sit and laugh at something to save an image ? Google Hillary Clinton interviews when Bill first ran for president though she knew. So I have no problem believing Gauri will laugh to save an image or SRK will let it happen.

I like SRK as an actor and there are many aspects of his personality I like. But I don't think he is this perfect family man or Gauri this *strong* woman who will break up her marriage if he strayed. She is no different from Krishna Raj Kapoor, Kajol, Jaya, Rose Kennedy, Jackie Kennedy, Hillary Clinton who chose to stay with their powerful and cheating husbands for whatever reason. . But YMMV.

I'm sorry but Shahrukh ain't Amitabh Bachchan. I find it quite amusing that different examples have to be cited to "prove" something that doesn't exist or if it does then there isn't a shred of evidence out there about it, which in this day and age is impossible! On one hand you are claiming he is selfish and a narcissist towards his wife yet there's nothing out there that shows that. What does that have anything to do with him shouting from the rooftops about her. If you are claiming he is all about himself then he'd be infact wanting to hide it as much as he could at that time in order to "succeed" as that was considered a huge factor when it came to people being "popular" at the time.

If you are going by that interview then that should tell you something about the woman she is! I mean if one is hell bent on analysing what she will and she won't do then one has to go by how she comes across as a woman. Yes , people do tend to at times do things that aren't in sync with what they have said but here she has no reason to stay with a guy who is from what all the "experts" out there claim still involved with someone else or was at one point. Jaya Bachchan is her own person, just like Sussanne is her own person. Why Jaya chose to stay or why Sussanne chose to leave has nothing to do with each other. Kajol and Jaya had a career before marriage and still have a career independent of their husbands and before marriage. What is Gauri's "career" ? Sussane went to design school, Gauri did not. Even if she had the most exquisite taste, she would not be the popular "designer" she is if not for SRK. As for producer, Kamal Hassan too had a habit of sticking the wife du jour's name as producer for any film her produced under his banner. Funny how both Vani and Sarika never produced any movies after the divorce. What has Gauri achieved on her own before SRK became an actor ? If she leaves him, most people who hang around her because she is Mrs.SRK will disappear except a loyal few, the magazine covers will disappear, the producing credits and she will be left will a huge settlement of money and be the target of fortune hunters in her middle age. So why would she leave SRK even if he stepped out on her ? As for SRK, if they divorce the money he will pay will be one of the biggest settlements in India so pardon me for believing they worked on their marriage after a bad period and had a reconciliation baby in Abram to recommit to their marriage. Their relationship has not been the same to me for a while, there used to be a lot more warmth between them. Add to the rumors I cannot but believe the relationship had a bad patch. To paraphrase Jaya in KKKG, he is a pati, not parameshwar so I have he has the potential to step out on Gauri despite the love story.

As for Abram being a reconciliation baby, why not ? He is not an *oops* baby but planned deliberately. To have a IVF baby, you must have many embryos fertilized, not just one and in most cases they implant more than one. The success rate is quite low and the risk of miscarriage is high. So all the planning and the huge effort, money, the gap between his siblings, the timing after the rumors all make him more a child wanted and loved, but very much a symbol of two people recommitting to their relationship and marriage.

None of this is "proof". I don't pretend to know the truth, I only speculate, but I am also not going to hide my head under the sand and believe an actor I liked since I was a child is "perfect" and anything negative or rumors about him and he is a pati vratha while other actors stepping out on their wives are possibly true. Not everyone is out to get SRK, he is not so special that the blinds about him are untrue while things about other actors could be true, too many *circumstantial evidence* things add up to form a picture for me.

I also think most actors are narcissistic, not just SRK. To believe that people will pay to watch you or vote for you, needs a little of that. To be an actor or a politician a little of that is necessary IMO. SRK is a complex individual. Fascinating, smart, unique, ambitious, ruthless all making up an individual I have liked since I was a child. But I am under no illusions he is *perfect* with *perfect love story*. If you had said the same thing about SRK-Kajol being lovers I would be the first disprove it, but this PC thing makes sense to me. *shrug*

I find it a little too hilarious that you are stating that this interview of hers "convinced" you. Going by everything you have stated here , I don't think you needed any "convincing" to begin with. You are throwing "examples" out there to state as to how this could be true which pretty much says you believe in it and didn't really need this "rant" of hers to start with.

Secondly , let me just state to you since you went on to assume a whole lot about what kind of a fan I'm , I don't think Shahrukh is freaking "perfect". Hell...I don't think anyone out there is. Anyone who has followed him long enough would know he isn't someone to hide his "insecurities" unlike so many out there who pretend to be oh so secure. He has always talked about his flaws quite candidly so I'll be the last person to say he's a saint!

Wow...you have pretty much made Gauri out to be someone who's a gold digger to put it politely. Here is a woman who married this guy when he was a nobody. I don't think she will ever stay with him because she likes the "perks" that come with being Shahrukh's wife. If anything , she is one of the few star wives out there who doesn't care for the attention that comes with being in that position. She is someone who has always shied away from the media. It's only now that she has started giving a lot more interviews and that's only due to her work. You might also want to read up a little on her before you go on claiming as to what she would have achieved or not achieved if she were not in the position she is in today. The woman passed from LSR with a honors degree in history. She has done a course from NIFT as well. Her family is into exports if I'm not wrong. She had joined the family business for little while and when they shifted to Bombay , she did infact get a job. These are things she has talked about in interviews she did ages ago. She had to leave the job as they were newly married and Shahrukh's job was such where he had to go on different locations for weeks and film. So if she wanted , she could have had a "career". Just because she was homemaker for the longest time doesn't mean she is not capable of doing something else entirely on her own. Besides since when did taking caring of kids , building a family together , taking care of their homes become something one shouldn't be proud of! Shahrukh is incredibly hardworking but Gauri and his family have provided him with the stability he has always craved which is why he's where he's today. Doors didn't just open for her because she is Shahrukh's wife. They opened because she had some freaking talent. Anyone who knows a even a little about her would know she is always been drawn to art. Used to paint and has done a course in designing as well. Sussanne went ahead and offered her to make some pieces for her store and the rest is history. To think that there are companies out there just giving her a "job" because she is Shahrukh's wife is underestimating their intelligence. It's a business for crying out loud. None of these people would be offering her projects if she wasn't good enough. As for the producing credits , I don't think she has ever claimed that she works behind the scenes or anything. She has always been incredibly honest about how she signs the checks and that's it.

She is someone who makes an effort , who had a huge role to play even when it came to things getting sorted between Shahrukh and Farah. A whole lot of folks out there are closer to her than they are to Shahrukh. She is the one who calls a lot of the industry folks over for gatherings and all that at their home.
