Sonakshi is still struggling to adjust her dates for Haseena.

Shraddha's year seems to be full with Baaghi and Rock On 2 promos and Half-Girlfriend and OKK remake filming.

Sonam has yet to make an announcement regarding her projects post Neerja.

Kareena has yet to announce any film post Ki & Ka but Karan Johar did say she'd be part of 2 blockbusters this year.

Alia's schedule seems to be full with Gauri Shinde's Walk & Talk and Ayan Mukherjee's Dragon.

Kriti Sanon may star in a Tamil movie opposite Ajith but it's not confirmed and she's not the most serious contender (Nayantara & Tamannaah are also in contention)

So I'd say, Sonam (Dheere Dheere fame), Kareena (emblematic couple back after on screen together after more than 10 years) and Kriti (fresh pairing like Hrithik's with Pooja Hedge) are the major possibilities regarding the female lead. There is also Anushka Sharma who may have time after filming Sultan.
