Aashiqui 2 was gazillion times more successful musically than Ek Villain

Both are overrated albums in my opinion. Not the best 2 for sure. Though Aashiqui 2 has cult status that Ek Villain won't ever or did ever reach.

Hamdard was only good song in EV

Aashiqui 2 has Tum Hi Ho which I dislike, Sun Raha Hai both version and Chahun Main Ya Na. These 3 alone can defeat whole album of EV

EV.. Zaroorat, Humdard, Awari and Banjaara were too good.

Not that A2 album was bad but I am tired of listening those songs like everywhere for the past 2-3 years esp..tum hi ho and Sunn raha hai. My ears ache😆 Even Galliyan can be added to that list.

I love both Galiyaans. Banjaara and awari are good too..

I am one of those people who think A2 is the most overrated album of the century and I am not even exaggerating my feelings here 😆

I also think A2 albumg got loads of awards which I felt it didnt deserve. I preferred the much superior Lootera or even YJDH, Ramleela, Raanjhanaa albums more than boring A2🥱
Only Tum hi ho is somewhat good and soulful.. The other songs sound like cheap "wannabe" versions of tum hi ho to me 😆
