Honestly, I think Anushka's accomplished whatever she set out to do in BW anyways. She's worked with pretty much every name worth mentioning in the industry...is a reputable A-list actress...has some critical successes, commercial successes...a happy personal life..a production house. Yes, she's not the most popular star or no.1 nor do I think she will be, but she's done well enough for herself.

And yet when i said the exact same thing in another topic i got a bhashan for calling actresses unlucky (which i never did if people had read the post carefully). People here are ready to point fingers at actresss like Kajol (Yashraj, Dharma) and Aishwarya (SLB) for being indebted to big directors and producers for making their careers but here is a girl who has worked with the whos who of Bollywood and yet has failed to achieve anything. And she boasts of working with three khans but what has she gained from those movies? Shows that the Khans are of no use and cannot help anyone out in their career if their role isn't worth a damn (i cant fault her acting though cuz she is very good).

She hasn't really gained much, but I wouldn't say she lost anything either! Working with big names has at least kept her in the game.

Not much cause she was looking at directors more rather than merit of scripts . We will see where ADHM & Sultan land up for her . Kismat turns on a dime 😊

She keeps on getting movies with big names even though she's an outsider (let that sink in, that's what she gets from signing with people big) and by now has enough money/knowledge of the industry to open her own production house, fund her own movies. Does that look like failed to achieve anything? Success is not only a popularity race.

She is copying Katty. Like her she too acted with all three Khans and was YC's last heroine. After that Katty went down...lets hope Anushka has better luck.
