On topic, when you are a brand ambassador you cannot mock, criticise the brand publicly. If you have reservations about the brand, express it privately. The decision to not renew his contract is the right one.

Speaking of BJP's favouritism towards certain actors lets not forget that Congress has done far worse. The Gandhis have always known to have close friendship with certain leading actor(s) from bollywood.

If Congress was worse in certain aspect and BJP is not doing too well either should we need to wait till they become equal?

As a responsible citizen I dont want minorities to suffer as well. Just because Congress has taken minority appeasement politics to the greater heights I dont want my IITs and IIMs to be headed by RSS fanatics.

Why cant I do constructive criticism? Why people cant forget Congress govt has changed? Why do we need to compare Modi with a weak PM like Manmohan why not with finest PM like Bajpayee and the great work he has done?

Incredible India is a tourism campaign. And it would be a joke to have a guy like Aamir Khan still as its ambassador when he says his family feels unsafe, his wife lives in fear and considers leaving the country.

A man who cannot even convince own family about the country, what will he convince tourists? 😆

It is not about government or religion. Anybody would kick out an ambassador who insults the brand itself!

That said AB sr is a run down choice. He is too old, overexposed, jaded and has a shady record. I would have appreciated someone like Sachin Tendulkar to be ambassador - heartbeat of billions and man with clean record.

Enough of bhands.
