Varun's rise and rise might affect Ranbir's declining fan base. Varun and Ranveer are quite popular among teenagers, Ranbir lacks that universal appeal as he is also reclusive and prefers not to be on social media. He seems more like the Aamir khan of this generation. No one can touch him in craft but his popularity is waning.

2009 was the year he actually came into prominence with Wake Up Sid and Rocket Singh. Brafi was the milestone in his career. He remains an excellent actor, but I can see how Varun has a bigger appeal especially as he has a lot of infectious charm and energy.

Ranveer also has a strong fan-base, he is a very good actor as well. In fact, he might overshadow both women soon!

Siddharth is lagging behind all 3 - Ranbir, Varun and Ranveer right now, but in popularity he is quite high. He is however not a good actor and needs to polish himself. he under-acts most of the time, barring a Hasee To Phasee.

Anyway, competition is high right now Ranbir.

Yes. With BM..Ranveer will race ahead of Ranbir too.

Whats affecting him is is his own dullness. He looks depressed and detached like druggie this is affecting him more than Varun. If one person cant improve himself its blame of that man the fault is not on others its thakela Ranbir's problem.

Ranbir could be compared to Aamir Khan if was able to bring in the $$$ at the box office. Right now though, I can only compare him to Salman's other favourite, Vivek. 😆 They are both so similar! 😛

It's not just Varun.. it's all of the newcomers... competition is getting tough. Luckily Ranbir is without doubt more talented than all of them so he will sustain.

RK is very talented but needs to choose good scripts and explore other genre too...i agree he is aamir of this gen...but aamir in RK's age explore other genres too and work with different directors...RK works with the same directors...he needs to work with other directors too experiment himself...i am glad he is working with Rajkumar Hirani...

Varun...he is salman of this gen...who moulds into all genres...a good dancer...perfect comic timing...he is all rounder...he can do a badlapur...a main tera hero...a dilwale...he moulds into all genre...just like salman in MPK-HAHK-sajaan-HDDCS...salman in AAA-judwaa-MSK...salman in love-tere naam-baaghi...salman in dabbang-wanted-bodyguard...salman in BB...moulding into all genres with ease...

RV...he is srk of this gen...he moulds into all genres like srk does...in his age srk took risk and challenge playing negative characters..same goes with RV...he takes risk and challenge by playing period characters...when its romance noone can match srk...but RV has his own charm and style in romance...he is equally has good comic timing...an actor who takes risk and challenges like srk...

siddharth...he is tdys gen ajay...but he needs to do more films to judge him more...but from his few films...he gives me ajay vibes...he can do intense role like EV...Brothers...he can do romance...he is more of a combination of ajay...like ajay...he is good in intense roles...

varun is not affecting RK...but its RK's choice of script and repeating same directors in his films affecting his career...
