And you did put one year in the OP. Take time and do look at what you have written. Also the five months serves no purpose. A better way would be last two movies or 5.

The chances of Aamir doing 2 movies in 5 months are almost non-existent. Baring the odd faliure his movies are quality. He does want the people to be treated to great filmmaking which as you put it takes time. *Cough* PRDP *cough*.

Well D3 was around 550 crores and PK did 750 plus. Thats over 1300 crores in a year. So, its a been there; done that case.

PS: Lets not forget; last year Salman couldnt even match PK's lifetime with 2 movies. Now that's going go be a hard number to swallow for certain number enthusiasts.

Dhoom 3 was released on 19 Dec n PK was also on 19 Dec. The window is for one year so technically this topic does not make any sense !!!! 😆

Dilwale / Fan / Raees all will be having more ticket raise than - BB & PRDP, which makes it even.

CE had one open week. It made 208cr. Kick had 2 open weeks but made 213 cr which was just 5cr more with 2 open weeks, more screens and raised ticket prices. CE's footfalls are also higher than Kick's.

I dont get why you are comparing CE with D2/ETT/Ready/Dabangg. Neither did they all release in one year and nor did they make more than CE.

Today PRDP is also neck to HNY despite more screens and higher ticket prices. The true test of starpower is the opening. Both Salman and SRK gave similar openings under similar circumstances even though Salman had more screens and raised ticket prices favoring him. Their films will land with similar lifetime with similar WOM despite PRDP having advantage of raised ticket prices and higher screens.

If thats the logic then Ra1 beat MPK's and HAHK's lifetimes which were Salman's ATBBs.
