Yes, it happens to all of us at point in life.

I'm one of the lucky ones that do get back on their feet.

Fortunately I can't be sad for long...I just can't be.

You know the min I realize I'm getting depressed or I'm extremely sad.

I do everything I can not be anymore and usually succeed, I'm good at ignoring the things I don't wanna deal with.

And someday I just get use to the idea of the thing I was ignoring to accept.

I always thank God for that.

I just hope it doesn't catch up with me Lol

Yes, we shld have some meds and actually there meds depression.

I just don't know if they really help or not.
