Vishal and Kangu say they start shoot in November.

While Shahid says he starts shoot in December. Which means Kangu is main lead and Shahid a supporting character.

Saif also said he starts shoot in November. They all might have differing schedules or maybe the saif-Kangana shoot is different than shahid-Kangana shoot

Basically Kangu is shooting with them all. In other words like TWMR.

Maybe, I'm not sure when saif stops shooting

I know film is set in WW2 time, shahid is a soldier and saif is a film maker in the movie. Not sure what Kangana is

She plays an actress. This film is loosely based on Fearless Nadia.

Maybe Shahid's character comes in later in the movie, there are 2 male characters so probably first Kangy's scenes are with Saif and later with Shahid? Until we know the story its very hard to tell ...

Is it the Hindi version of Casablanca?
