hmm i lose and gain weight a lot too, but my nose doesn't change that drastically, but yeh he is a kid in this pic, so maybe his nose bone grew

your eyes shape is the only feature which remains the same..rest all changes

yes..guys have changes in appearances for longer

the nose..lips etc all are developing.

my nose was a lot flatter in teenage pictures..it is a lot sharper now..these changes are common so i doubt it is a nose job

but i heard shahid and fawad have had nose jobs comparing their adult pictures
