She is a wonderful actress!!! I loved her acting in her latest movie HAK too! Apparently she is going through a personal low as her husband is cheating on her, hope she bounces back!

Im not really fond of Vidya to be very honest. I feel she is a limited actress, she is good but she only suits the serious sober type of roles.. She doesnt fit into other genres I feel.. And in my opinion, her performance in Kahaani is extremely overrated.. Kahaani as a film is top notch.. The role is well sketched and quite fiery.. Anyone with same credentials as her would have made wonders with that role.. So I don see why people rave about her in Kahaani.. I wont say she is a bad actress, she isnt for sure.. Even in some dud films, her performance do stand out.. But same time I wont rave her to the likes of Tabu, Shabana, etc.. I guess the overhype she got after Kahaani was what that caused her fall.. People were almost certain she would do magic with Ghanchakkar because by then she was blindly being believed to be able to deliver in BO.. Just like how Kangs is being overhyped now.. If only Ghanchakkar had worked, today I doubt even Kangana would be at top or being branded as forth khan like her.. Too much hype killed her career almost.. Im however sad she is going through such a low phase, only wish things get well for her on both front..
