Man wakes up from coma after 11 years, stunned to find Sooryavansham still playing on Set-Max

Around the same time, Jesus Aparicio, a Roger Federer fan, awoke from a 11-year coma to the happy surprise of Federer still playing at the top, another comatose man in Mumbai woke up to what could only euphemistically be termed as a surprise.

34-year old Prabal Singh woke up after 11 years to find Amitabh Bachchan starrer Sooryavansham still playing on Set-Max.

"What the..." he gasped, and went back into a coma.

Speaking to The UnReal Times, Prabal's distraught mother Parvati said, "I always knew he'd wake up. All these years, I never once lost hope despite everyone telling me otherwise. And today he did wake up! He called for me, and asked me how I was, and after a few minutes, asked me to turn on the TV so that he could catch up with the world. How I wish I hadn't done that!"

Prabal's doctors are still trying to analyze the sequence of events and understand the exact reason behind the relapse. "On one hand, everyone is telling him that it has been 11 years since he went to sleep and that the world as he knew it no longer exists. On the other hand, the evidence he comes across when he tunes in to Set-Max tells him otherwise. It seems, his brain, after being dormant for all this while, was unable to come to terms with the contradiction and shut down once again," said Dr. Arbitopadhyay.

The hospital management has now removed Set-Max from the list of channels available on TV sets in the wards.

Don't Set Max realise if you keep airing the same film again and again it gets boring and they should know better. There are 10000s of movies out there. I liked the movie but I wouldn't keep on watching it again and again...

I hate that bakwas film 😡
