although at some places it's a mix of performance n looks both. still looks may or may not be there but performance is a compulsion ofcourse!

Yes. Indeed.

A good actor and his/her talent will never age. In fact, they get better with time.

Tabu and Kajol are brilliant actresses. They will shine with age appropriate roles.

Don't need to look too far for an example - Sridevi in English Vinglish - Audience, Critics and Box Office success... after frigging 15 years and no PR push. ⭐️.
