I will be very surprised if DP is not doing the film..It is being promoted as a sports film and a love story.DP has a clean slate.Why would YRF not want to cast DP,when she has the dates and it is a one schedule start to finish film..🤔.

If not DP..PC(MaryKom) or Sonakshi are the other options...

Salman has said that one of the roles is being done by a popular actress..A newcomer will do one of the roles..

They are not looking for a heroine..whoever it is,was signed before YRF made the grand eid announcement.A popular actress has to allot dates,without clashing with other films.

Yeah I know yrf didn't officially confirm, but I thought the folks who tweeted were reliable.. 😕

Anushka is done shooting for ADHM in Nov for now. I thought it was because Sultan starts right around then. 😕

All these girls are 20 years younger than Saalu.

He should work with Madhuri or Juhi (who are also younger than him).

I just wanted to get an idea of what people were thinking on the forum before the official announcement.

Surprisingly no one's voted for Anushka yet. 😕

Is it another curious case of friendship turned sour in Bollywood?

With fame and stardom, comes a lot of insecurities, they say. And we admit it. Time and again, Bollywood actors and their choices have hinted at the inevitable insecurity that crops up in their minds while signing a film. The latest instance being Parineeti Chopra opting out of Sultan because of Anushka Sharma!

Although we don't know about the truth behind the news, a leading glossy reported that while Parineeti was in contention for the role in Salman Khan's Sultan, the makers were planning to cast her in the second lead. And guess who they wanted to be their main heroine? Anushka Sharma! Yes, not Kriti Sanon or Deepika Padukone, it seems Anushka might have bagged the role of a lifetime. The production house, being the main reason behind both these talents decided to go forward with their own proteges.

But this did not go down well with Pari. Grapevines suggest that Pari reportedly turned down the offer as soon as she realised she has to play second fiddle to Anushka and Salman. Despite not having signed any film post Kill Dil, Pari is not willing to take that risk. Is it just about being cautious or being insecure? Only Pari can tell! Parineeti, who has worked in the marketing team of YRF has been great friends with Anushka ever since their Band Baaja Baraat days. Will this cause a crack in their friendship? We don't know.
