If deepika would have done phantom?

so it does not fare well at box ofc but it does nt hv any family concept, a dark movie and morever only one decent song! Almost like finding fanny that was flop! So do u think that it would be hit if deepika would be in it? and i guess if a film with 1000 screen diid 5 crore i dont think that can cross 10 with 2500 screen its fact! bcz occupancy is 30-40% in 5 cr opening n rest people if they wanna watch can watch in empty 60-70 occupancy! screen matters fr only big budget movies that open around 80-90% occupancy..so wt u think deepika presence would hv been enough to reach it 80 crore lyk piku?? Discuss..

I have no idea how this film would have fared if Deepika was in it... but I find the comparison between Phantom and Finding Fanny incorrect... Finding Fanny was art house cinema... Not mainstream at all... art house cinema attempted with some mainstream actors... It actually reminded me a little bit of old Malayalam art movies in some ways.. Of course many of those mallu movies were way better than Finding Fanny... But the genre of finding fanny was more art house than mainstream... whereas Phantom even without songs is an out and out commercial movie... a patriotic one too... So while I have my opinions about the movie... Just because the movie does not have songs, it does not become art house or fall in same genre... With all the statements made by Saif etc the movie should have evoked the patriotic fervor if taken well... I think it did not live up to expectations and I am not sure if expectations were all for item songs and stuff...

Finding Fanny is an English/Konkani film...

Phantom may have failed at the box office but atleast public is not having any regret watching it,a bigger male lead,katrina dancing in afghan jalebi,2 love songs,romance angle between the leads and 7-8 punching dialogues would have turned this movie into ATBB but still kabir khan went with a realistic approach not with a commercial approach...and so much of negativity spread by some non-indians,and some spineless critics made sure public will not watch it...

As someone said katrina is nt a pblm, nawab is...replace him wid any actor the movie would have done little better... He iz gud for nothing!D

actually deepika and saif would have been a hit jodi after race 2 and cocktail. so I think i would have done better

why do people keep on comparing deepika and katrina, there is no comparison, in the acting
