I took a look at that pic of Rana, Sivagami, Fallen warrior..

- It is a shot from the "Palace Darbar" part in the making video. Also, I feel that Prabhas is also part of this scene even though he is not in the video footage or pic. I think this maybe an all artist combo (minus Devasena) scene.. If you look closely, Bhalla is in the same attire as the one he is in when he yells "Baahubali", after Baahubali does the sword move.. When I looked at all these different footages from Prabhas Birthday, Rana Birthday and Making videos, it seems like different bits of the same scene because of 2 things, Rana's clothes are the same and same location (as in, it looks almost identical)..

Another thing I noticed from the making video is that Sweety was present for the martial arts training, not just the sword part.. It's not clear whether she was there just for sword training but she and Prabhas were watching Rana and the trainer very keenly..

Also the bit we saw of Baahu & Devasena from "Baahubali hall" is of the same scene.. confirmed.. Both the shots are part of "Scene 29" and coincidentally, both of them are on "Take 4"..😆
