and why cant they drive carefully. There is something called headlight on cars which helps to see the road ahead and what hinderances are there. Why drive on footpaths then. Anyways people drive with full beam in india so how come they cant see whats ahead on the road.

Driver is at fault to speed on a rainy day that's too when turning. Driver should pay for loss. So sohail is spared from my wrath so far didn't find anything objectionable .

What else Salman can say when he himself involved with similar incident...he better shut his mouth then let out such gems.

People harping on ...footpath is not for sleeping ...chalo maan liya its not fior sleeping...but walk karne ke liya toh hain na...what if someone is waiting for a bus...or just plain walking on FP...and a drunk driver kills them ...then what?? Its the driver's responsibility to be careful and be on alert...because he is the one with the machine that can kill if used irresponsibly...

and people should not cover them with black plastic bags...but what if someone waiting for a bus is wearing black from head to toe...at night...the point being...u shouldn't be driving on the FP...and not a million, billion or zillion excuses will work for u...if you do...

Secondly, it was the driver who ran over. How does that equate to Sohail running over ?

Thirdly, he pointed out the "black" plastic usage can be dangerous especially in the night when one can't see them. And he did state his driver should be punished. So what am I missing here other than the obvious trolling...?

And while at it, may be post the article link and the entire article which states it was the driver who was driving while going out to fetch his dinner...

Its funny driver did the accident, he ran off to galaxy apartment and then he goes to surrender saying he was at fault. Driver was released on bail for Rs. 10,000 next day.

A good driver always slow down at turn, a good driver always keep headlight on in the night and a good driver is always careful at the intersection. So I doubt if driver did the accident.

This is post is regarding the loss comment made by the brother that poor people shouldnt cover up with plastic, or they should be more careful especially during rain.
