I think if the girl is wrong, the guy should be reinstated back in his job.

almost every single day there are news about raping girls but no one gives a damn that everyday bcoz of these same boys a girls whole life is being spoilt without her fault but if one in a million innocent man gets some punishment without his fault (which isn't proved yet) all girls come with their supports why ??? boys always gets their way even after doing wrong by acting like the most sacred species in the world I have seen a lot of girls literally worshipping their husbands or bf who treats them like shit and then these girls wonder why women still not considered equal to men, the reason is them only they have to take a stand for themselves a lot of women don't raise their voice bcoz they don't have any proof to show that how boys misbehaves with them in buses , roads etc
