And then people are expected to have some sympathy for him. Yeah, even if he wasn't directly involved in Jiah's case, he was and still is a horrible boyfriend and perhaps even a horrible person. What a D-bag!

Sooraj is such an innocent. All this shows what a "nice guy" he is.

His career is taking off. He sounds like such a great guy. 2015 has been a great year for him such a turnaround from his image in 2013.

I can see why he opened up. I don't blame him, but I would given more credit, if he had done this a year ago instead of doing it so close to his movie release.

His unclear past with Jiah is one of the biggest negative factors in his life which will only damage his image in the coming days. No way will it benefit Sooraj. Not until this case is solved. Media will ask him about Jiah, he cannot stop media. How is he using her to promote his film? That's a disgusting thought and I feel some people are so judgemental.That's as stupid as it sounds.

He is young and immature, so I can't expect any sensible comments from him. I don't expect them from a 50 year old Salman as well. Although, he does comes across as a sweet and humble guy sometimes. Most of the time he doesn't face the camera, he is always looking down. Most of the time he has moist eyes. We can't sit here and judge what he must go through every night before sleeping and every morning after waking up, Jiah is a part of his life which he can never forget whether he did something or whether he didn't. He personally seems unstable to me.

I like how he said "If he has done something wrong, he cannot escape from it and if he hasn't nothing will destroy him" -- Sooraj is not Sooraj Ambani. Sooraj is Sooraj Pancholi.

Least media can do is not to ask him questions about Jiah, so that some viewers don't feel Sooraj is using Jiah to promote his film. That's disgusting and I fail to see how talking about her will benefit him or his film when he is being interrogated by the CBI and has been charged for Abetting her.

^But Mrs. SK what's the point of bringing up something so controversial he's been involved in at this point when he has a movie coming out? It's still makes one question his motives. Media is shameless and will ask him...he still has the option to not comment on it...if anything out of respect for the lost soul and her family.

None of us know what happened, but he turned what happened back then into "I am such a nice, innocent guy. She will always be in my mind and heart."

^^ Well he didn't disrespect her in his comments so that's important and we should focus on that. He didn't act too defensive either.

Media is being stupid , they want to sell their newspapers. Who asks something like "Would you want Jiah to watch you film" -- Like seriously what the hell?

On the other hand, If Sooraj says "I don't want to comment on her" --that would pounce a very negative effect on him. By saying "She will always be a part of my life" is the least and the most he can say in response to these stupid questions and I think he should say at least this much.
