Nope doesn't need surgery. But a one-way ticket back home would be great because she seems really ugly and untalented and we have enough ugly and untalented actresses here already LOL

And here Indian actresses tend to ruin their lips by achieving tad bit of what God's naturally given Mahira.

Anybody can look ugly when chosen the wrong pics. lol
