I did not know salman had to face so much from his own father.So was salman always scolded? He must have had a tough time in the house.Being always compared to other sibling is the worst feeling.No wonder he always has that angst within him.Though he has whole heartedly accepted helen but his sarcastic remarks make it very clear the pain,trouble he went through when his father remarried.

It wasn't just Salim but hisv(Salim's) entire family, they used to mock his appearance even when Salman was 3/4 and still living in Indore. His aunt (Salim's older sister) used to call him a derogatory name b/c of his big eyes when he was small. It wasn't until he was 5/6/7 and when they moved to Mumbai and the proximity to his mother's family grew that he didn't feel like an outcast looks wise and of course when he became older and people approached him for print modelling assignments. Salman looks just like his grandfather Baldev, mother and even shares more of a resemblance to his mama Papu than Salim.
