I wish he would go back to writing scripts with Javed. They have written some of the best scripts compared to most scriptwriters today.

Because is a pompous arsehole with a big fat mouth who selfishly caused his loved ones years of suffering. His wife Sushila became Salma for him, bore him 4 children, and how did he thank her? yes by bringing home a "second wife" 😵

No wonder Salman has issues with women, and deep-seated anger issues.

You are thoroughly mistaken in your sentiments then. His mother is the only person in that family who loves him unconditionally.
Salim is a true asshole in every sense of the word. He used to have deep rooted jealousy issues when Salman first became the heartthrob of the nation 25 years ago.
He used to mock his looks, appearance, skin tone, face, demeanor and everything else even as a child he used to the tell Salman he was the 'ugly one' the irony of his statement though.
I guess he had a tough time coming to terms with the fact that the son whom he didn't consider good or worthy enough for the longest time achieved everything this bytch dreamed off himself with only one movie. His own predictions regarding Salman didn't come true. Salman had just debuted and this jealous sob was talking about how Arbaaz would give Salman a run for his money seeing as how he is 'better looking, more charismatic, talented'' etc. Same shit happened when pig boy Sohail was entering the industry.
His sentiments for the longest time regarding Salman were ''if Salman can achieve this much despite not looking an ounce like then wait what my two pig faced boys Sohail and Arbaaz who are my carbon copies will do'' .
We always make fun of Salman having a white skin fetish, when in fact he can hardly be blamed for this considering, he suffered from shadeism, colorism, and racism in his own home, his own father used to mock him for his appearance just because his beautiful brown skin spared him of acne, and craters, in adulthood unlike Sohail, Arbaaz, Alvira who all inherited Salim's horrible skin. And because unlike the rest he wasn't born with squint eyes but beautiful, expressive, big ones. So Salman considering white to be beautiful is hardly surprising.
There is a reason why Salman never shares his personal feelings with him but his mother.

His attitude toward Salman only changed in the last 15/16 years (late 90's) when it became more and more obvious that the others were born failures and Salman the blessed one, and when Salman's legal woes grew.
