Why does Vidyut and Tiger have more fans than Varun and Ranveer - Page 3

Fan following on twitter/facebook/IF dosen't account to anything..In the real world its ur work tht matters. Even Salman Khan, with probably the biggest fan following, has his share of flops.

As far Salman vs SRK vs Aamir goes I think it probably has more to do with their fans' age groups. I think both Aamir and SRK have older fans who either aren't obsessed with social media or they use it for reasons beyond celebrity and entertainment. I think based on the type of movies Salman does he has a whole new slew of young, very young (late teens early adults) fans who are much more likely to be constantly on FB liking everything related to him. I think it's simple demographic.

But as far as Tiger vs Vidyut vs Varun vs Ranveer, almost the same thing. I don't think Ranveer's fans are probably in the same age group as the first 3 so the same cultural conditioning probably applies here as well. But between the first three I am surprised that Varun is behind. Maybe his fans are more on twitter than FB.


I am talking in general terms here of course. I'm sure Ranveer has some fans who are 12 and I'm sure Salman has fans who are 55. But as a general guess I would say their fans are in different age groups from their generations contemporaries' fans.

Shows that people like these 2 more but some can't help but troop to theatres when a film releases. So probably inn dono ko jhel rahein hain.

I don't think their chronological age matters. I was talking in terms of type of movies they have done. I think a Ram Leela and a DDD would attract completely different demographics than an ABCD2 or a MTH.

IMO facebook likes doesn't matter , mostly these celeb pages likes are boasted up , one can sponser his page and use other promotional tools .
For eg: i saw yami gautam's page got 900K + just in one day , is that possible without paid likes ? 😆
I'll talk about Varun, his facebook is not that active and his FB page is "Varun Raghu dawan" ..he did for his film badlapur but there after didn't change it ,So in a way it does affect page's likes .
He's super active on insta and twitter so there one can see his SNS fan following 😆

Varun joined FB recently only just a few months back, Tiger is popular on social media mainly because of tiger jokes and trolls.
