I honestly feel sorry for her. Kareena,the actress. What is she doing? Making husband dearest feel less sorry about his flop career? I mean she's wasting her time doing item numbers for gods sake!

I liked Saif. I really thought this guy was fun-loving and great to be around. And as much as I try not to judge,the way Kareena has bulldozed her career post her marriage,Im starting to feel Saif is not that great a guy I thought he was. Not a very supportive husband to say the least.

Or it maybe just a Bebo thing. Who knows whats gotten into her?

according to some early BB reviews, the little cutie has overshadowed Begum big time since she has a very insignificant role in the film 😆

The girl has talent. She was OTT in hear early days,but then she got really good. But now its going downhill again. She needs to be a better judge of what movies she wants to be associated with.

Im actually gald she didnt do Devdas. Just cant picture her as Paro. With all the subtle nuances and the heavy dancing needed. That role had aishwarya written all over. 😊 Kareena's strength lies in doing strong unapologetic women. She truly shines in such roles. And now she's restricting herself with doormat roles and sleazy item numbers. I just dont get it why she wants to be arm candy when she can be a whole meal 😕

Well I don't think Paro was necessarily apologetic.. she did marry someone else.. Purely due to the fact that Devdas's family insulted her and her mother.. And Devdas refused to be there for her when needed... Sure she regretted afterwards.. but I agree no one could have done it better than Aish.. kareena doesn't have the grace or posture Aish did.. Nor did she have the dancing talent..

Kareena was screen-tested for Paro, but it was SLB who said no because she would look too young next to Madhuri and so he didn't want it to look like there was a big age gap between Paro and Chandramukhi.

Didn't Sanjay Leela Bhansali say that he did not want a married actress for Leela and so replaced Kareena with Deepika? That's what I remember reading on this forum at that time.

No. The reason SLB actually gave was he wanted Salman and Kareena, a fresh pair but she went and signed Kyon Ki., which had the same pair...and now the jodi was no longer fresh.

It could be he screentested both and chose Aishwarya for obvious reasons...dancing, grace etc.
