Why did Shahid's father decide to get him married?

How and why Shahid's father decided that it's time for Shahid to tie the knot. Was it because of his half naked shots on Instagram, which he has been sending up to the wedding..or was it because he has become a nuisance among young female stars? Both of his parents were not in arranged marriages and yet, his dad decided this was the right way for him...Why?

Wahi waja jo hum sab sun te hain and jiski waje se hum pe guilt dalah jaata hain...ki time ho gaya. Aur ab nahi tau kab? Bacha, we want to see you settled.

But Shahid looks happy so as the saying goes..all's well that ends well, .hopefully.
