don't knw much but the director Rajamouli is quite popular...he has a good record of delivering BB's not a single flop...

@BI its more about the director SS.Rajamouli why the film has opened huge than the actors. His prev. film Magadheera was a huge grosser too. However all the leads are big stars in South cinema.

OK..so its the director...I was wondering what was the drawing force on the first day...it had to be either the hero or the director...if a movie is good then it runs on the WOM later but first day is ONLY because of starpower..

Director SS Rajamouli is the real hero of this film, all his films are blockbusters ...he is the Hirani of Telegu films.
