Those Cannot be called item numbers - choli ke peeche if I remember well came at a crucial point! & Helen was a cabaret dancer I think in the movie so obv she had to dance 😆
Item songs IMO are when the heroine just starts dancing for no reason at all or if the dance is not crucial to the story 😆 if there is reason for the song, at least waving into the story should be smooth to not classify it as an item song.
