It's not like Indian audiences wanted to see Mahira Khan on the big screen. She got Raees after an audition, not based off of what Indian audiences think. And, what aura are you referring to? As far as I know, Sanam Saeed seems to get more appreciation than Mahira amongst Indian viewers because she's a better actor and arguably is liked more with Fawad as well.

All in all, I don't think anyone in Bollywood is losing sleep over casting Pakistani pairs in Bollywood movies. And since Mahira wasn't even in India when this news started spreading, this just seems like someone's PR.

Sanam saeed is restricted to a certain genre of acting plus she doesn't have the aura and X factor which producers like KJO want . Only mahira and humaima Malik have tried to make a stint in Bollywood and while humaima was terrible mahira has bagged a SRK starrer which no matter how good others are couldn't bag .. So let's give her some due credit ..

And if rumors about fawad mahira are being spread that only means they still are a desirable couple , it's upto ppl to believe that nobody cares but I'm sure Farhan being mahira's producer and Karan being fawad's producer can certainly make this possible in near future , even though this rumor is too good to be true ..

In Pakistan it's Momina Duraid who goes gaga over Fawad Mahira and in India if KJO also follows the route , and tries to be their mentors then it will be advantageous ...

All the sanams can only dream but mahira will always remain at the top , with or without fawad and same goes for fawad too, well he's the best from Pakistan ...

ZGH really clicked in India. Humsafar wasn't a big hit. The people behind Zindagi themselves said it. Sanam definitely has a better following in India and hence she was first asked to come down to India for auditioning for Raees.
I am afraid no one really cares for Fawad Mahira pairing in India. Obviously any one can spread rumors. It has no connection with reality. If casting happened by TV pairs there are plenty of popular pairs in India who enjoy lot more popularity than Fawad and Mahira pair in India.

From what I've observed, no one really cares about Fawad and Mahira ' s pair in India. Only a few people who have watched pak dramas seem to like them. other than that, the majority of cinema goers don't really care.

well i meant that this news may seem to be happening in near future, as mahira is debuting n fk has already debuted (though not a BIG success)
so you never know,..

on that blue,.. she is not attractive for being a bolly diva,.. she acts well for those who have seen her 1/2 shows,.. otherwise she is bit boring because she is repetitive...
ZGH was liked more than Hs, cox that was on-aired before,.. and was like a new dish to Indi viewers,.

i never mentioned that Indis are dying away to watch even one of these 3,,. they have their own hotties, and they serve second fiddles n flower pots to outsiders,,.

for me even these articles on bajrangi vs bin roye battle are a massive laughter stock..😆

In case you misread my statement I didn't talk about the dinner being real or not, I said Mahira doesn't have a PR and THAT is confirmed. This article itself could very well be coming from fawad's own PR himself considering it came along with the news of him not doing bittora and singing with Alia in K&S. but, now that you mention it, i will ask my bestie about this 😉

I would not have said this before but after watching SeZ I have got introduced to Mahira,the actor and she can act very well..I don't doubt it any bit.

I am looking forward to Raees and Srk and her pairing.The makers would know what they are getting into otherwise why would have they chosen her.

And she being clingy to Fawad...how do we judge that..based on some intetactions that we see 'on the screen' without knowing what happened behind the camera to get to that scene?I think its just unfair and being harsh on her.

If the article would have been about Fawad having dinner with Mahira and SRK I myself would have said finally his faltu PR is working. This is definitely Mahira's PR. She might have some other term for her PR though. Just like Ranbir claims not to have a PR.
Yeah go ahead and get us the juicy details of this film KJo will direct with this heavenly pair.
