Aamir is a huge factor in the success def! That goes for any Khan. Dhoom 3 was solely an Aamir film. If it was liked even 5% it's purely based off of Aamir's acting.


3 idiots and PK - Aamir played a huge part, but everyone contributed to the overall success. 3 idiots had Madhavan who was great! Personally, I thought 3 idiots was overrated. I loved the message that you should do what you want, not what people pressure you into. Most didn't like Dhoom 3, but I thought it was a different story and Aamir's acting was the primary reason I loved the film. PK was more of an Aamir based film too. But Anush was brilliant too!

Dhoom 3 was coming off a big hit dhoom 2...and Kat did add to the star value..

so not it's not jus coz of aamir but yeh his films are usually decent...not mindless like salmans

3 idiots worked because of the script. PK on Hirani's past reputation, otherwise this film was super mediocre.

3 Times already Salman has been dragged here, so i guess Aamir Khan plus Content Scripts aren't enough for any answer, u need 2 bring Salman down 2 show them high? 😆

What people forget is that Aamir made 31 and PK what they are.
Could anyone else pulled those roles off?? I don't think so.
PK is self explanatory. The language, the accent, the body-language (not just the way he moved; but the way he talked as well); it all made PK what is was. Take anything out and it runs the risk of falling flat.

3 Idiots, again its insanely hard to pull of a role of a college going guy( 19-24) when you are 45 or something. And there wasn't even a single moment in the movie where I thought that it was Aamir on-screen; otherwise it would never have worked. It was Rancho all the way, a complete transformation. And to make matters even more challenging he was coming of Ghajni. Can you think of anyone else doing that??

My question is Salman Khan solely responsible for making these 2 films Biggest HIT or it was SCRIPT which made them big hits?

If any other star would have done it, will these films be that much big hits?
