What I don't understand is why did she have a second child with him. Insanity. And it's not fair that she wants to tag along. I think a father has a right to take his kids on a vacation. I don't see why that is a problem. He is an asshole bf/husband material but that doesn't necessarily mean he's a bad dad too.

So she cannot see him in the eyes but won't mind tagging along and how is it good for kids? Constantly in bad environment. If two people cannot stand each other..tagging along is only going to provide a horrible environment for kids

The children are still young, they need their mother even on vacation. If they were teenagers then it would be a different story.

But sounds like she just doesn't want her kids to be alone with Sunjay, and again unless she can prove a misdeed by Sunjay the implications of it is rather damaging. This is as bad as Sunjay allegedly wanting custody of the kids just because Karisma had started dating.

As for Sunjay asking for custody when their daughter was young, I think Karisma had applied for a passport for her to go on an overseas trip and Sunjay had argued that the little girl couldn't leave the country without both parental consent.

It almost sounds like these two are using their kids to stick it to the other as much as they can.

Karisma's entire base is in India, she wasn't going to flee the country with her child, she is an Indian national unlike Sunjay. Her family lives there, her work is there. Her environment is there. The sole reason she had applied for a passport is because she was invited to take part in the NY India parade, she obviously wanted to take her child with her. Sunjay took offense to the fact that she had applied for an Indian passport and not American, he is a US national and his entire argument was based on both parents having the right to chose which citizenship their child is supposed to take. Utterly ridiculous.
Also Sunjay is known for his cheating habits, funny how trolls are keen to blame Karishma yet she still gets along very well with her ex laws, and his sisters. As a matter of fact his sister and parents where on her side when she separated after having born the second baby for this man and still being cheated on. I am sure that her unwillingness to live in Delhi also created problems but it's not as if she did not try, she tried, didn't like and moved back to what she considers her home which is Mumbai, that is where her family is. As for why she had the second baby, for a while things seemed fine between them it was just after/during her second pregnancy that Sunjay started dicking down other people again and Karisma had enough. I do agree however that the second child was unnecessary but things happen.

ETA Sunjay is so bitch made that he even took offense to the fact that she gave birth to her daughter in Mumbai instead of Delhi, when he filed for the custody petition of then baby Samaira. He is an elitist, entitled piece of shit.

It has happened before. International kidnapping of kids by one parent is quite a common occurence.

Considering Sunjay is not an Indian national if these are indeed her fears they not completely baseless.
