Sid or Varun?

Always had my eyes on Sid - acting wise and looks wise. He created an impression on me. Varun NEVER did. I'm probably in the minority. Varun, however, has the greater advantage. Sure Sid is the nephew of a fashion designer, but Varun is the son of a director. Makes a difference. Personally I love Sid!

karan and himself confirmed that he's not at all related to Manish malhotra

Varun.
He is way ahead in the acting department which is what matter at the end. He is a better dancer too by far, the best from the new-comers.

Sid is one with the better looks however.

Oh ... I didn't know that. Well then Varun certainly has it more easier than Sid. Still personally enjoy Sid's acting more.

Sid, I will always support outsiders, whatever Varun is getting is cause he's son of David dhavan yes he's better in dancing but don't forget Sid is not from bolly family, varun had enough money to join dance classes, he knew from childhood that he's going to be an actor so he needs to learn dancing and coming to acting yes Siddharth needs to improve but he's getting better and varun i can't understand hype about him, the only different role that he did was in badlapur otherwise in all his films he had same role

It is not about being from a filmy family 😆 The reason Varun is becoming more popular and getting more appreciation than Sid is because Sid doesn't have the Star quality

Sid has got everything so far handed to him on a plate as well. Hint: Karan Johar.

Varun has actually worked outside Dharma and his Dad's movies; you know.

Compared to Hrithik or even Shahid they are not that great.
