He looks older. They are as hot as well.
And one salman khan hardly counts as a representation for the older lot. He's one good looking older actor.

Salman & Jennifer havnt had kids yet .. having & raising kids takes it toll , especially women change drastically once they enter the motherhood phase ..

People say Bollywood is brutal towards mothers , but there is also another way of looking at it .. there are stunning mothers like Halle Berry , Kate Winslet , Jennifer Lopez etc in Hollywood but these women also ( intentionally or unintentionally) put a lot of pressure on mothers out there , looking like them post motherhood is no mean feat , it not only requires sheer dedication , hard work , money , babysitting help, cosmetics help but also requires to shun out the natural selflessness that comes with motherhood .. mothers often forget their own needs & put their children's needs before them , most even end up feeling guilty if somehow they manage to get some time for themselves , most mothers here would find it unthinkable to leave their babies with babysitters while they are out there enjoying a nice date with their respective husbands or boyfriends.. motherhood opens a door for a different wave of human experience .. modern feminism might help few struggling mothers but it also puts unreasonable pressures on mothers who find happiness in traditional motherhood ( Aishwarya's post pregnancy fat fiasco comes to mind ) .. i would say , most Indian women are inclined towards traditional motherhood - now its up to you to call them lazy , not good enough or suppressed/backwards/regressive .. I would say Bollywood & its audience naturally understands & respects the traditional motherhood & yes , there is a flip side to the predicament as well - less scope for ambitious mothers .. however that doesnt explain the lack of credible work for non-mothers post 40, though Tabu is sort of proving it otherwise .. 🤔.. oh well , women are bound by their biological limitations no matter what , fertility is often if not always directly proportional to attractiveness or sex appeal ...

Sridevi is older than Salman and Madhuri is only 1,5 years his junior and looks like a woman in her upper 40's already.

Salman is actually the youngest of the three ruling Khan's. Also he is one of the better looking older actors and hardly represents all the older actors.
Bollywood has forever been this way right from the 70's, 80's 90's when you had 40+ year like Sunny Deol romancing actresses like Karisma, Sonali who where in their early 20's. The age difference is being highlighted now because the Khan/Kumar brigade have been having a longer run as main lead actors than the Dutts, Deols, Bachchan's, kapoor's etc ever had.
The problem lies in Indian society, we've at least gotten to the point where many ruling actresses are well over their mid 20's /pushing 30 or already in their early/mid thirties. This would have been unimaginable 15 years ago.

Also Jennifer Aniston, non photoshoped, airbrushed, made up, nipped/tucked is ugly af.

Motherhood takes a toll on the bodies of women.
Madhuri is 49, and after having two kids if i look the way she looks now, i would count myself lucky.
I disagree with the member who said mothers often do not take care of themselves because of being a mother. I don't think its true. I think somewhere Indian women tend to let go as soon as they have kids, its like lifetime achievement has been received.
I live in europe and i see european mothers, taking care of kids husbands and workinh yet they find some time to do something only for themselves and try to take care. While indian ladies here too use kinds as their excuse for letting go. I am not saying its true for everyone. There are plenty eu ladies who have let them go and well maintained Indian moms but its the general trend I observed

Madhuri is just an older person and had children lat hence the way she looks. You can see with Karishma, Shilpa or even Malaika that you can be 40, have children and still have a great body the key exercise and maintaining it. Some have it easier others dont.
My mom is Salman's age, after three kids she still has an amazing body but she put in an effort to maintain it.
