As usual, this has become a standard community battle without any topical relevance. Anyway, I can only hope that the people who condemn Sikh Genocide here, also condemn Muslim Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing in Kashmir.

People who defend or attempt to justify genocide by any means are ridiculous and hateful people and very rarely think about how it can happen to them as well. Anyway, I don't even care anymore because this discussion has become a pointless battle.

Well my father will blindly defend the congress no matter what and that is why I had a pretty bad argument just because of this one interview of AB 😆. My dad agreed that he did say khoon ka badla khoon but the argument went on a different tangent because he thinks Indira Gandhi was right with which I don't agree no matter what defense he comes up with. As far as AB is concerned I'm sure my father is saying the truth. And I'm not a Sikh or a Gujju, coincidently I share the same caste as AB(Kayastha)

I request you to check reports of groups such as People's Union for Civil liberties to know how many Sikhs were killed and how many people of other communities were killed.

Please read up first. The tension in Punhab was already on. Operation Bluestar happened FIRST, then Operation Woodrose, then IG's killings and then killings in Delhi and elsewhere.

You are even ignoring posts of other members here who elaborated the Punjab politics and insurgency in detail.

Interesting. Its a long weekend here.. thanx to the queen.

I talked to a dad's frnd whoz a doctor but unfortunately cudnt find a jon in NZ and running a shop. He doesnt rem if AB ever said such things.. acc. to him, from chailwalas to doctors, AB was so popular that is not matched even today. He said yesh, when Indira was assassinated, BBC was the first to break the news and they were in some weeding event... and soon as it came... all were glued to B/W TV. Soon as the deatails were coming out that her bodyguards killed her.. the blood was boiling.. and then riots.

Acc. to him, There has to be code of conduct. PM or president... make unpopular decisions, the staff and esp bodyguards should act their duties. Once 3 bodyguards unleash all the bullets in an old lady's body whoz a PM and they r there to protect her... all equations go wrong. Therez no protocol anymore and ppl will take the matter in their hands. and thats what happened.

Mostly ppl talk abt after math... but what was the cause is forgotten. In Natural ways, how did tsunami occured , its too boring isnt it? Just watch the pics on tv, houses n cars r flowing with water.. spectacular.

I wud change my words from human nature to "alien attack" if indeed aliens do attack us.
