Wow, I can't wait to watch him squirm.
But the interview is too long and I don't have time. Maybe later.

So much hypocripsy only b/c Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan are popular. Then he says celebs shouldn't be loaded with the woes of the whole country. OMG! I can't even. That's even what Arnab was saying. Arnab was right BW is disconnected and do live in their own bubble.
Big B was like the law of the land will decide, then how came everyone was praying for Salman and his family and not for the victims/and their families. Such a fickle, power-hungry place.

This is worth more than any other movie.

Squirm?

This guy made a clown of himself when he tried to shrug most obvious things with "I dunno"!

He sounds sensible and dignified only when talking films. Then he can mouth his rati-rataayi lines like he did towards end of this interview. Sounded like a Miss world contestant! LOL!

This interview proves you should never take stars at face value just due to film shows and mags. Watch him or her on serious channels and see how he's unspools himself.

he forgot to ask about his affair with ashwariya but i think he did not want to because he knew there wont be any point coz he will not agree or deny it and be diplomatic like all his other answers

Arnab summed up the talk well - AB Sr would make a good politician.. He dodged just about every question other than the one on Piku and answers he gave were all vague or he just went off on a different tangent where he could ultimately show that he was a good mature man (in which he ultimately failed IMO)..

I am sure he can tell exactly how much he paid each farmer he helped 10-15 years back but cannot remember asking for a committee or support group to be set up based on backlash he faced for that movie.. And I must admire the man who can speak knowledgably on so many matters including how the US Senate is lobbied but did not hear about the beef ban in Mumbai though there was so much talk about it with even his 'BW family members ' talking about it.. Biggest irony was that he started the interview saying that he is not at all diplomatic and talks frankly and later said he does not like offering opinions or recounting facts regarding his time in politics as he is scared 😆

He really sounded so defensive while talking about Amar Singh and the Gandhis as if he is some mature mahatma who is waiting with his arms open and all good thoughts for them and then showed his immature side by abruptly saying he banned the media for years as they charged him with being a key decision maker that led to the emergency declaration.. To make matters worse he seemed to project that he did not find anything wrong with the Emergency declaration/period and when attacked (Arnab was actually very nice to him), went back on his words in 2 minutes..

I don't think he expected to be attacked with Salman Khan and Bofors related questions and came prepared to talk about Piku and his journey from his bankruptcy to a 'new super-stardom' that he is seeing post Piku..

I watched the first minute and I was amused when he was praising Arnab, and how he would like him to be kind to him in return 😆

Big B is fake and diplomatic. Same goes for SRK. Not a fan of Aamir's tears for SMJ either.

I do agree that can't take any star at face value.

It is widely said he instigated riots against Sikhs by shouting provocative slogans on DD and AIR after Indira's death.

I didn't believe it earlier. But now when he made a face and said, "where's the proof"? It has made me rethink on him.

You know if accusation is false, then you properly and vehemently deny it with explanation. You don't remain tight lipped or shrug asking "where is the proof"?

It is open secret that proofs and files get destroyed. So why is he giving such an explanation?

He claimed Gandhis were friends but shamelessly blamed them when he said his name was dragged in 1984 due to being close to them.

Wow! He never spoke on 1984 earlier but now that Congress is out of power he criticised anti Sikh riots?

He also brushed off the "big tree falls" excuse of Rajiv Gandhi AS HIS PERSONAL OPINION! 😲

And said he couldn't comment on this! W*F?
