It is true.

But actual clipping is from 1984 and obviously "disappeared". But people know about it.

Government white paper on 1984 is also tampered. Khushwant Singh exposed them in A History of Sikhs Volume 2 but he avoided taking names lest his book was banned.

There are eye witnesses and victims who uploaded a video about it. I wonder if it is still available or not.

This guy is still protested against when he goes abroad. US and Australia Courts summoned him for human rights violations charges.

His reaction to all this when asked by Arnab is a INSTANT GIVE AWAY of his attempts to make it "forgotten".

Rather he behaved as if he was taken aback by that question and wasn't expecting a mainstream journo from a national news channel ask him this - which he had been trying to ignore and bury all these 31 years.

Modi has a lot of support but I have heard this about him vaguely

What exactly did he do in regards to the riots.

How was he involved.

What happened.

This interview was like Nayak. Amitabh was behaving kind of like Amrish. 😆

Sometimes trying to play victim, sometimes visibly irritated or sometimes trying to brag what work he did, sometimes sarcastically complimenting Arnab to beat about the bush or asking him to change the subject.

Finally just as Amrish had asked Anil to become a CM one day this guy also suggested Arnab to join film industry. 😆

Proven now that even the best of actors fail to act sometimes. 😉

Amitabh tried to explain himself but it just showed he was bragging when he talked about even getting address of the guy who wrote letters to editor in newspapers against him during Bofors. So self conscious that you will track the common man who wrote letter to editor? He claims he explained something to him and he was satisfied. Huh? What "satisfied"? Satisfied or "shut up"?

Tomorrow will he track addresses of people who wrote online also? Land up at their homes?

Anyway, he gets many Timeless Icon awards. It's about time he also got Shameless Icon awards.

AMITABH BAD-CHALAN!

He shouted provocative slogan- Khoon ka badla khoon
Iss khoon ke cheente un logon ke ghar tak pahunchne chahiye jinhone desh ki maa ke saath yeh kiya

So called Desh ki maa is Indira Gandhi here.

This was played on DD and AIR to incite violent mobs, against Sikhs, generalising all Sikhs.

It is a MAJOR CRIME! He did it all in his shameless bootlicking for friend Rajiv Gandhi!

I remember the nightmare in delhi following Indira Gandhi's death. No one dared to go out of their homes.I was a kid and was very happy that school was closed for nearly 10 days without realizing what was happening in the city.I remember seeing a photograph of Sikh being burnt by putting a burning tire/tyre around his neck.a very very frightful sight for a kid that I can never forget 😔

To make it all relevant to bollywood. The political vendetta against the community is still evident even in some films (NOT ALL). How many times do you see a Sikh being portrayed a sensible approachable person. The portrayal of Sikhs very often is cartoonish. They are made to look like clowns very often portrayed as dumb.

It is never authentic.

Always OTT or wrong in terms of showing practices.

AB films used to pretend Sikhs didn't exist. Always Amar Akbar Anthony, John Jani Janardhan blah blah. But no Sikhs.

I admire Sunny for doing a credible role in Border (not Gadar though).

Lately things have improved a bit. But earlier it was horrible!

Well Modi also had a major role to play in the Gujrat riots, for which he should have been charged and convicted. But instead he went on to becoming the Prime Minister. If anything, people like Modi should give other criminals and hatemongers a lot of hope.

This IV reminds me of the film Nayak for some weird reason😆 Tht scene where Anil shreds the CM to pieces- Arnab seems to be inspired by it in a lot of ways😆 Anyways why did he go there and shoot himself in the foot?Did he expect Arnab to fawn over him and gush about his family like other journos do?😆 From a guy who almost single handedly ruined Rahul Gandhi's chances in the previous elections thanks to that IV where he made a fool of himself by giving ridiculous answers and going on loop about women empowerment😆 The only 2 ppl who have been able to handle him well, atleast to a certain extent and not shoot themselves in the foot are Subramanyam Sami and Smriti Irani 😆
