Well .. Queen was good and so was TMWR. So, Kangana definitely is on a roll and she is a very good actress and fashionista.

DP was not that great in Piku but well she still has Tamasha and BM coming up this year. The crown might just go back to DP.

DP's PR might be over-active (they actually became over-active only after KJo, Anushka, Sonam etc. went all out speaking crap about her) and she stays a lot in news (newspapers/channels keep her in news because she has been doing well with films and hence, the audience would like to see her news more than that of Sonam's etc.) but one thing for sure is that DP doesn't goes around bashing the industry (except for the RK episode) the way Kangana does and she is very respectful even when she talks about people who've pulled her down. You may want to call her fake or foolish but at least she still has the working relationship with everyone important enough in the industry.

Kangana is definitely prettier, more stylish, well spoken and a better actor than DP. But then she is pretty crazy too and does batshit crazy stuff ... DP, on the other hand, is more stable and of course has a more solid family background and personal life (including Ranveer).

So, in the long run, Kangana might be remembered for some great performances, but DP will definitely have a longer and more smoother career.

Which begs the question - where does it leave Katrina ?.. i am surprised at how Kat angle is totally missing from such comparisons - is she already out of the race ?.. 😕.. no , i dont think so , not just yet .. 🤔

Piku is one overrated film, it was okay, Deepika was average, her dialogue delivery sucked ! several other actresses could have done a much better job.

Can't say the same for TWMR, Kangana nailed both the roles perfectly, really hard roles and it is so clear that both the roles required so much and she did totally justice.

Kangana is way ahead of Deepika, Kangana is a great actress she totally beats Deepika in every single field.

Except for the 'sex appeal' department .. though a subjective one , and you may feel Kangana is prettier or hotter than DP but speaking from my real world experience , Kangana doesnt really fit into the heartthrob category unlike Deepika & Katrina ; Kangana is more like a weird chick rather than a hot one..😆..

I am excited to see if Kangana really gets into elite A list category which is currently ruled by Deepika & Katrina .. the thing is, success does make one look more attractive but it remains to be seen if Kangana goes the Vidya Balan way or the desirable A-list way ..

At the moment , i ll say Deepika is having the best of the both worlds, critical-commercial success together with a strong male as well as female fan following ..

That's because she hasn't played glamorous roles! Kangana has done glamorous and sexy photoshoots and there she has sex appeal. I don't find Deepika sexy, in fact in her item numbers so far she has been super awkward and not hot be it potty pe baita hoon nanga, love mera hit hit or lovely.

Vidya was just overrated, she was just hype! unlike Vidya is Kangana versatile and can do a variety of roles so there is a possibility that she will be an a-list actress, she is on her way.

Well , Kangana has done flower-pot roles & bikini scenes , hasnt she ?.. Just like Sonam , she too has attempted it ... dont remember the names of the movies - i think it was a Sanjay Dutt movie - Rascals something .. so its not like she hasnt given it a shot .. but then again , lets see where she is going with her success spree .. i may not find Kangana appealing but i am heavily rooting for her ; if the Kangy trend continues , it means more good cinema with due respect to audience demand rather than just the mega-expensive Khan gibberish..😆

As for Deepika , well i expected you to not to find her pretty or attractive or hot since its sort of a given but I find her totally drool worthy & it just so happens that the real world perception about Deepika happens to be in sync with mine, all of my friends are gaga over her ..so thats that..

About Vidya , i liked her too .. i mean not just talent wise , Vidya is very pretty & attractive in her own way..she has a beautiful face & i really dont mind her body ( though A list category demands a toned body which may be the reason why she missed out on that ) , plus , she had talent to accompany it IMO.. i have seen Kahani - TDP & i was completely blown away by Vidya .. i did not even bother to watch her other movies since they didnt excite me..

Kangana was always better than Deepika so I'm not sure where the dethroned word came from.

In terms of commercial work, Kangana has not worked in any a-grade commercial roles like a Dhoom-3, Chennai Express etc. I mean with big stars. Rascals wasn't a good film so not sure how one can expect her to shine.

I am pretty sure Kangana can do any role. She did do a glamoursous role in Fashion and according to me she was better than Priyanka.
