I do agree it is her party she can choose to invite anyone but still Amitabh Bachchan is still part of that movie who deserves some credit towards its success because I did think he was so good.

Even if he did a dig I think he has a right to, she should have invited him regardless of whether he would have attended or not.

I find it very odd and rude on behalf of Deepika's side not to invite AB sr who is almost has the same screen space as DP..Whatever might be the reason this is not done
but then AB Sr also is used to such kind of behaviour when he dropped many people like Rani etc from the guestlist of Abhi Ash marraige who was supposed to be very closed to Mr Bachhan

Marriage can still be excused as a family/close friends affair. There are many people who they did not invite.

But success party for film is different. It is rude and wrong by all means to ignore co star who is also a co producer of your film.

Was her father Prakash Padukone there? Maybe she considers Big B a fatherly figure and hence didnt invite him to party she wouldnt want her father to attend.
