It all depends on the poster and how they use a word in their expression. The way LCDs was used in the post was downright classist IMO.
yup even the popularity/star power/BO pull of an actor is being measured by the no of comments in the movie threads or the no of post made on them 🤣...#logic by some DP fan...

Honestly its totally fine to like actors when they do well cos they proved themselves/ showed remarkable improvement but i only find it funny when ppl say ' oh i always knew he/ she will do well', ' i have been a fan ever since he/ she was born' etc.cos that is literally the first time you hear them talking about that celeb😆And i don get how you can start hating a celeb just because they are delivering flops..There is a reason you liked them in the first place..Charisma, looks, acting skills, talent whatever..And all that is not dependent on their success/ failure in anyway😆

I don't know about this forum per se, but I experienced it recently in reality.. When Nawaz came into limelight after GoW...everybody was like "Oh yeah, he was in Black Friday, he was the best part about that movie" "Oh yeah, how awesome was he in Sarfarosh" "Oh yeah, he killed it in that song Emotional Atyaachar" "We always knew he was a star' 🤣 🤣

I don't understand the concept of 'Superstardom' and the obsession of fans with it. It's BS fed by the Bollywood media and fans have been lapping it up for decades.
"Ab Jr is a loser because he's not one, Salman is awesome because he is one."
I think the primary job of an actor is to hone his craft, not everyone aspires to be a superstar. The only thing being a 'superstar' does is make you more money. I don't rate actors based on their box office performance. I would much rather watch Irffan Khan on screen than anyone else. Just because an actors film failed at the box office doesn't make him a loser. 'Superstar' means nothing to me.

I guess directors still need to assume that our audiences have the maturity of 2-year olds, if they consider kissing onscreen to be a tantalizing way to pull in the masses 😆

People can go on barking abt success and superstardom but times are definitely changing!
Films like Piku, Queen, Barfi and Kahaani are getting critical acclaim AND BO Success as well!Quality is starting to get recognized at last!Good actors are being appreciated, good movies are getting their just dues! Finally...👏But some people still prefer to swallow garbage and beat their drums abt it as if its something to be proud of. Well, whatever floats their boat...🥱If they want to contribute their money to patronize filth and garbage, then so be it.
Discussion is about box office earnings, not talent. We all know he's one of the finest actors. Being the 4th biggest superstar, does Ajay have...
