Nope she couldn't have. Aish is a bad actress and before Aish fans start quoting her performances, I would still say she is a bad actress not terrible but bad. Even in her award winning performance HDDCS I laughed in that scene when she says Sameer ne meri aatma ko chuya.

well she was beyond horrible in devdas but priyanka is first time doing typical slb movies this year maybe she can do it.

Like I admit Ash has done a variety of roles, in both Hindi and Telgu films etc. but despite that none of her performances has ever 'wowed' me. That's your opinion. The Majority of the world loved her in Devdas.

Priyanka doesn't have the grace, aura, or dancing skills to enact some of the roles Ash has.

I'm not saying Ash can do a Jhilmil. She probably can't. But she also has some work which can't be done by Priyanka or others. But that goes for everyone, I don't even think Priyanka could do a Chennai Express, neither ash.

As I said before - everyone has plus and minus points; at the end of the day it doesn't matter, doesn't make anyone "better" and it's beyond childish toeven make such topics

She could be the world's beautiful woman but as an actress she's average. Don't want to imagine anybody else playing Jhilmil let alone Aishwarya

Napes Ash would have not been able to play Jhilmil at all. She is just an okay actress.

I think she could have pulled off Barfi & Shruti too..That too a lot better than PC, Ranbir & Ileana..Useless poll..Am yet to think of a role Ash cannot pull off..Right from Shanaya in SOTY to Kangana in Queen to Vidya in Kahaani to every single role Meryl Streep has pulled off till date..There is nothing & no one Ash cannot do..I cant believe ppl still have doubts 😲

I think Ash would have been great as Jhilmil and PC would have been great as Suhani. Though the latter wouldnt have been as good as the former.
