Jhilmil belonged to oriyanka.I can't imagine anyone else no matter how good an actor, playing jhilmil the way she did.

Robot is a Rajinikanth vehicle.
It had to be huge.

I find it laughable to give Rajini heroines any credit.

It is a fact Ash has poor box office record. Blaming Salman is an excuse. What successes was she giving before problems with Salman started?

Salman happened to her is like claiming he came forcibly or something.

Get over it. SHE CHOSE to be in a relationship with that man! She's responsible for her choice.

Same for Salman fans who blame Ash or other GFs. Salman CHOSE to be with Ash and others.

If a person has it in him or her, they attract audience even with newbies and others. They don't always need to rely on 1 top star. Madhuri has never worked with top stars. Sridevi first rose to top giving hits with a Jeetendra. She worked so late with the top star of that time! Hema has hits with everyone, rather she's credited for giving major boost to Dharmendra as leading hero thanks to their hits together.
How did MD and Sri get established giving hits with other guys like Jeetendra, Anil, Sanju?

So why is Ash's poor record blamed on SRK not working with her after Devdas? Why Rani was able to give hit with Abhishek, Saif and Vivek but Ash couldn't? If she had it in her, she would draw crowds!

Industry manipulation couldn't stop her from bagging YRF's D2 and Gowariker's JA!

How come Akki had hits with PC, Kat and Bebo but not Ash?

Sorry but everything can't be blamed on others only.

Ash never drew audience on her name alone. Her popularity is there but it never translated at ticket counters in equally big way.
